The Kilkenny School of Yoga provides all the main styles of Yoga to the general public. As well as this we provide nutritional information and workshops/seminars on Yoga and all aspects of healthy living. We also act as a place of further training for existing Yoga teachers, bringing world class teachers to Kilkenny.
