Toby runs men only core strength and flexibility training classes on Monday and Wednesday @ 8pm.
He also teaches mixed classes in several types of yoga and Pilate's, as well as being available for personal training both from kilkenny school of yoga and at your club/organization. He is a Yogaworks and Profi fitness certified yoga and Pilate's teacher who gets excellent results when working with those suffering from injury and those looking to improve their game and prevent injury.
Core strength and flexibility training is a mixture of the newest Pilate's methods, methods that focus on the development of the abdominal, back, and less used leg muscles, to improve strength and posture.
This, combined with yoga stretches, helps to improve flexibility, especially in the hamstrings, shoulders and hips, with excellent results, and best of all you don't need any yoga or Pilate's experience to take part.
Toby stresses that he caters for all levels of fitness and all age groups from the chronically stiff to those who are serious about there fitness.
