A very basic 4 Week Introduction to Yoga. We recommend this class or Restorative Vinyasa if you have not done yoga before.
A traditional form of yoga suitable for any body regardless of age, fitness level and yoga experience.
It is a great introduction to yoga and can help with:

* Gentle Management of: Back Complaints, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia
* Most general aches & pains can be helped by taking this class
This class is based on the physical challenge of Ashtanga Vinyasa but with a modern anatomical & physiological understanding. This class is ideal for those who:
* Want to get fit
* Are already active in sport but want to improve flexibility or core strength
* Anybody who likes a fun, dynamic fitness challege that still incorporates traditional yogic values and benefits

Yoga for Pregnancy
Specialised classes for you at this time. Friendly, experienced teachers helping you to relax and enjoy your pregnancy with tips and advice on building flexibility and inner calm.
Yoga for Children
Improves concentration, flexibility and inner calm whilst having fun in a non-competetive environment. For children aged 5 to 11.
Yoga for Mother and Baby
